Infrastructure & isolation
Quad runs on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS), segmented environments, and monitoring designed to detect abuse and operational issues early.
Production systems are access-controlled on a need-to-know basis. We use vendor security reviews and contractual safeguards for subprocessors that help us operate the service.
Data protection
Customer content such as prompts, files, and conversation history is stored to provide the product you request. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to reduce unauthorized access.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customer content to train our own general-purpose AI models. Model and search providers receive content only when you send a request or enable an integration.
Access control & authentication
Accounts authenticate through WorkOS AuthKit, supporting email and enterprise SSO options where enabled. Sessions are protected with industry-standard practices.
Organization workspaces can centralize membership, billing, and access decisions. Administrators should follow least-privilege principles when assigning roles.

Incident response
