A ChatGPT Team alternative with every major model on one invoice

A ChatGPT Team alternative: GPT, Claude and Gemini for every seat, private per-seat credits, one invoice and no admin access to chats. From $20 per seat.

Why teams look beyond one vendor

A one-vendor team plan gives everyone the same assistant. That is simple, and for many companies it is exactly right. It stops working when different people need different models: one person wants Claude for long documents, another prefers Gemini, an engineer wants a coding-tuned model, and nobody wants to run four subscriptions and four invoices. Quad's team plans put every seat in one workspace with the whole catalog for its tier, so people choose the model per task and the company still gets one bill. Seats are priced from $20 a month.

Team plans and what a seat includes

Allowances are per seat and private. They are not pooled across the team, so one heavy user cannot use up a colleague's balance. Team (Price: $20 per seat; Credits per seat per month: 2,400). Business (Price: $40 per seat; Credits per seat per month: 5,000). The Team plan carries everything in Pro, one invoice and Quad Build credits. The Business plan carries everything in Ultra, including video generation, plus an admin console. Each seat has its own private workspace, access to the full model catalog for that tier, and sync across web, iPhone and Android. Credits work the same way as on individual plans. Each seat has one shared monthly budget across every model, with cheaper models spending fewer credits than frontier ones. A Team seat gets 2,400 credits a month, and a Business seat gets 5,000. Web search is included and uses the same credits. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

Billing: one invoice, seats you can change

Seats are billed monthly to the team's payment method on a single invoice. Add or remove seats at any time. Access ends when a seat is removed. If a member runs out of credits, admins can raise that member's cap, enable pay-as-you-go or buy one-time credit packs billed to the team. That makes costs predictable for small and mid-sized teams: the invoice is seats multiplied by the seat price, plus any packs or pay-as-you-go use that an admin has chosen to enable.

Privacy: admin control without surveillance

Admins can see names, email addresses, roles, usage totals and the team audit log. They cannot read members' conversations or files, which stay private to each member. Members can still choose to share a conversation with a teammate when they want a second pair of eyes. Quad does not use your conversations or files to train its own models, on any plan. Chats are encrypted in transit and at rest, and most models run on zero-data-retention provider routes, with a confirmation step for the few that do not. The security page and subprocessor list describe the controls and who handles inference. If your procurement process requires specific certifications, single sign-on enforcement or a signed data processing agreement, ask Quad for current documentation through the contact on the security page before you commit. We do not make claims here that the documentation cannot back up.

When ChatGPT Business or Enterprise is the better fit

Your company has standardized on ChatGPT and your people use OpenAI features such as its voice mode, custom GPTs or its connector list every day. Your legal team has already reviewed OpenAI's business terms, and adding a vendor means a new review. You want one assistant for everyone and no model choice. Quad's team plans do not include ChatGPT's own app features, and new OpenAI models can reach ChatGPT before they reach Quad. Business and enterprise tiers from the big providers also carry data commitments that differ from their consumer plans, so compare Quad's terms with OpenAI's current published ones, which change. Quad fits best where people already mix models and the team wants one place, one invoice and private conversations. A reasonable pilot is two or three seats for a month, with each person logging which model they used for which job.

Frequently asked questions

How much do Quad team plans cost?

Team is $20 per seat per month and Business is $40 per seat per month. Each seat has its own private monthly credit balance. Web search is included and uses those credits, and the whole team is billed on one invoice.

Can admins read their team's conversations?

No. Admins see names, email addresses, roles, usage totals and the team audit log. Conversations and files stay private to each member.

Are credits shared across the team?

No. Each seat has its own private allowance: 2,400 credits a month on Team and 5,000 on Business. They are not pooled, so one member cannot use up another's balance.

What happens when a member runs out of credits?

Admins can raise that member's cap, enable pay-as-you-go or buy one-time credit packs billed to the team.

Does Quad train on our team's data?

No. Quad does not use conversations or files to train its own models, on any plan, and chats are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can we add and remove seats whenever we want?

Yes. Seats are billed monthly on a single invoice, and you can add or remove them at any time. Access ends when a seat is removed.

Does a Quad team plan include ChatGPT?

It includes OpenAI's GPT models alongside Claude, Gemini and others. It does not include ChatGPT's own app features, such as voice mode or custom GPTs.
