An AI presentation maker whose slides export to PowerPoint

Describe your deck and Quad builds editable slides with themes and layouts, then exports to PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF or images. Free to start.

From a prompt to an editable deck

In Quad, a presentation is not a picture or a locked file. It is structured slides that open in an editor beside your chat. Describe the audience and the point you need to make, paste your notes or attach a document, and Quad drafts the deck. You and the model can both keep editing it, in the editor or by asking in the chat for changes such as a shorter agenda or a stronger closing slide. Start from a prompt, from a PDF or notes you attach, or from one of the built-in templates: Blank, Pitch deck, Project update, Workshop, Quarterly review or Product launch. Choose a look from eight themes: Paper, Midnight, Lime, Ocean, Sunset, Mono, Forest or Blush. Arrange content with eight slide layouts: title, section, bullets, two columns, image, quote, stats and closing. A deck can hold up to 80 slides. Leave comments on a slide and Quad works them into the next revision. Restore an earlier version if a rewrite goes the wrong way. Present from inside Quad, or download the deck.

What you can download

Presentation (Formats: PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, slides as images (.zip)). Document (Formats: Word (.docx), PDF, Markdown (.md)). Design (one-pagers, posters, social posts) (Formats: PDF and PNG). The PowerPoint export is built to open as an ordinary .pptx with real text boxes, so you can keep editing in PowerPoint. Fonts that the receiving computer lacks are mapped to common ones, so check the layout once on the machine you will present from. PDF and image exports keep the slides exactly as they look in Quad.

A workflow that saves time

Write the argument first. Use a chat model to turn your notes into five bullet points: the problem, the evidence, the proposal, the ask and the risks. Ask for the deck from those bullets, naming the audience and how long you have. A ten-minute talk wants far fewer slides than a leave-behind. Fix content before design. Edit text, remove slides that do not earn their place and check every number against its source. Add images. Pick from your recent generations from the Image Studio or upload your own, and place them on image slides. Try a different theme, which restyles every slide at once, then present or export. Because the deck lives in a chat, you can ask a second model to play the toughest audience member and list the questions you will be asked, then add the answers to an appendix slide.

Where it falls short

It is not a full design suite. Slides use a fixed set of themes and layouts, so a bespoke brand template with custom masters needs to be rebuilt in PowerPoint after export. Charts and numbers need your eye. Models can invent statistics; replace placeholders with real figures and cite where they came from. Quad's tools are tuned for drafting and presenting. Tools built only for decks, or one-prompt agents such as Genspark, which is optimized for finished deliverables, may suit a one-off request better. Quad suits the case where the deck is one output among research, files and drafts that live in the same workspace.

Also useful: documents and designs

The same panel makes documents, such as reports and specs, and designs, such as one-pagers, posters and social posts in sizes like A4, US Letter, square and story. Ask for a report, a pitch deck and a one-pager from the same notes, and download each in the format the recipient wants.

Frequently asked questions

Can Quad make a PowerPoint presentation?

Yes. Ask for a pitch deck, project update or workshop and Quad creates editable slides beside the chat. Download them as PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF or slide images.

Is the AI presentation maker free?

You can start free. Presentations are part of Quad's chat workspace, and creating them uses your plan's shared monthly credits like any other request. The Free plan needs no credit card.

Can I edit the slides after Quad makes them?

Yes. Edit text and layout yourself, ask Quad to revise in the chat, leave comments on slides and restore earlier versions.

How many themes and slide layouts are there?

Eight themes (Paper, Midnight, Lime, Ocean, Sunset, Mono, Forest and Blush) and eight layouts: title, section, bullets, two columns, image, quote, stats and closing. A deck can have up to 80 slides.

Will the PowerPoint export look the same?

It exports real text boxes so the file stays editable. Fonts the target computer lacks are mapped to common ones, so check the layout on the machine you will present from. The PDF export matches Quad's slides exactly.

Can Quad make a deck from a PDF or report?

Yes. Attach the PDF or paste the notes and ask for a summary deck for a named audience. Check numbers and quotations against the original document.
