# Quad Chat Consumer Health Privacy Notice

Health-related information submitted to Quad: purposes, recipients, sensitive memory, privacy choices and rights.

## Health information you choose to submit

Prompts, files and saved memory may contain information about physical or mental health, symptoms, conditions, treatment, medications or requests for health-related help. We receive this information directly from content you choose to submit. Quad is a general AI service for adults and does not provide medical care. Do not submit another person’s confidential medical information without authority.

We use submitted content to provide the response or feature you request, store your workspace content, secure the service and respond to privacy or legal requests. Optional advertising and analytics exclude prompts, files, generated content and health inferences. We do not sell consumer health content for money or use it for targeted advertising.

## Recipients and sensitive memory

AI processing permission is requested separately from optional analytics and advertising. Requested AI features send selected content to the model, hosting or tool recipients described at /subprocessors. Direct music, search, connected tools and support have their own recipient and retention terms. Your own content may contain identifying health details; do not assume it becomes anonymous.

Sensitive memory is off by default. If you explicitly enable it in privacy settings, we instruct the assistant to remember a sensitive detail only when you expressly ask it to remember that exact fact. Its purpose is future replies for your account. Disable future extraction or review and delete existing memory in Settings. Disabling a choice does not delete prior memory or provider transmissions.

Health-data processing and sharing must have an applicable legal basis, permission or requested-service exception. Do not use Quad for clinical records, regulated healthcare operations or decisions requiring a qualified professional. Contact privacy@quad.chat before any proposed organizational healthcare use.

## Your choices and rights

You can withdraw AI permission in web or mobile Settings to pause new AI work, delete chats, files or memory, request account deletion or an export, and ask about health-data access, correction, deletion or sharing. Send requests or appeals to privacy@quad.chat. We verify authority proportionately and respond within applicable legal deadlines.

Workspace deletion and recipient follow-up are tracked separately. We do not report full deletion as complete while required vendor work remains unresolved. Legal, security and request evidence may be retained for a limited, restricted purpose under applicable law.
